There are many decisions to make when recording and distributing a business meeting or seminar: Is the recording for historical purposes or a news release, for absent employees or offered as a handy refresher course, or repurposing on the internet? Whatever the need, we can put together a package that will meet your objective and fit your budget.

Behind the scenes - literally - at a recent national sales team training event produced by Video Resources.
This is the suggested method when you need to tape a major event and want it to look great. Using our broadcast quality scan converters by Folsom we can integrate your PowerPoint into the live switch - saving time and preserving transitions and animations. If needed, visual aides can be re-created in order to comply with the physical format and display limitations of video and the web.
Standard equipment for this type of shoot generally includes two or more cameras, supplemental lighting and sound equipment. A live camera switch and/or extensive post-production editing are involved. Our Avid and Final Cut edit systems make real time multi-camera editing for up to 9 cameras a snap.
This level of production requires that the client and event producer meet well in advance of the event to coordinate staging, graphics and other production guidelines. Location scouting and, when practical, a rehearsal are also suggested.
This method is recommended when the goal is simply to preserve what is said or demonstrated. Standard equipment for this type of shoot generally includes one camera, and basic audio recording with a single microphone on the speaker or podium.
The event will be taped as it happens and tape copies are usually made as recorded, with no editing to remove or rearrange video footage or visuals. A title or logo may be inserted at the beginning of tape.
If business graphics such as PowerPoint are an important part of the message we can integrate them into the presentation live or during post-production. For web or CD distribution, we can create Camtesia or PowerPoint Producer files that simultaneously show the presenter and graphics and are optimal for distribution on CD or through the web.
We are experts at capturing the right mix of business and spirited activities to create an exciting record of your event. Editing after the event or even on-site as events unfold - we will help create a lasting memory for all. Our closing modules and "Happy Face" modules have received accolades for not only creativity but for business impact.
Often audio can be the most practical format to capture an event such as a panel discussion or focus group. The resulting audio quality will blow you away, and we can provide compatible copies to your transcriptionist or, through one of our partners, transcribe for you faster then you can spell Rose Mary Woods.
