Video Resources supports hundreds of live events annually, including trade shows, round table discussions, regional training events, town hall meetings, international conferences and national sales meetings. Our experience includes domestic as well as international meetings for groups of 10 to 10,000 (actually 16,000, but who's counting!)

In a typical year, our clients challenge us with a variety of locations including retail stores, film theaters, museums, historical locations, temporary structures and tents, and of course, hotel conference rooms!

Meeting and events
